TIME FOR: PENICHE
DATES SOON
Learn to surf in small groups, coached by experienced trainers, using the LASTOUT method. Catch waves in tropical destinations and iconic European spots. Build your technique and your confidence. Good vibes thrown in for free.

SURF CAMP: PORTUGUESE SLOW LIFE
Peniche and Baleal are Europe's surf cheat code: whatever the wind and swell, there are clean, lined-up waves somewhere. Coffee and pastel de nata, a quick surf check, and off we go.
WHO IS
THIS CAMP FOR?

FOR BEGINNERS
First time on a board? The sheltered Baleal bay and the sandy bottom at Prainha are the best training ground in Europe. No fighting currents: you nail the pop-up and catch your first green waves.

FOR INTERMEDIATES
Surfing on your own but stuck? Consistent Atlantic breaks let us dial in your timing and speed generation. Video analysis shows exactly where the wave gets away from you.

FOR ADVANCED SURFERS
Surfing is your life? Instead of sightseeing you get serious coaching in the water and good vibes after the session.
OUR SURF COACHING METHOD
TOLPOW - TRAIN ON LAND PERFORM ON WATER
TOLPOW (Train On Land, Perform On Water) is our own coaching system: every move you make in the water starts with focused work on land. We build muscle memory and headspace before you even paddle out.
It is more than surf lessons. We work on your goals with tools that actually move the needle: video analysis, prep & rep, surfskate, mobility.

TRIP PROGRAMME
PENICHE DAY BY DAY
10 days, 9 nights. Every day we check swell, wind and tide and go where it is best. You get 5 water sessions with local coaches, 5 land preps, 3 video analysis sessions, 2 surfskate sessions, surf functional and surf mobility.
Freesurf whenever you like - softboards are yours for the whole camp.
REMEMBER: The schedule is our road map, but the ocean deals the cards. We adapt the plan to the conditions every day.

FAQ
-
- Do I need to know how to surf?
- No. Every camp has beginner groups, and our coaches pick the spots to match your level.
- How many people are in a group?
- We coach in small groups, so the coach has time for everyone in the water.
-
- What is included in the price?
- Accommodation, coaching sessions, video analysis, equipment and travel and accident insurance. You book your own flights. Each camp page lists exactly what is included.
- Can I come on my own?
- Yes, most people come solo. From day one you are part of the crew.
-
- Why surfskate at a surf camp?
- Surfskating lets you practise balance, timing and body movement on land, without the pressure of waves. It is the fastest way to better turns in the water.

- Do I need my own board and wetsuit?
- No. A softboard, leash and wetsuit (where you need one) are included in the price.
-
- How do I book a place at a camp?
- Choose a destination and dates on the booking page, then fill in the application form.
- How does payment work?
- Booking a place usually requires a deposit, and the remaining amount is settled before departure.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellation terms depend on the type of trip and how close to departure you cancel.
