We make them available free of charge before you start using the Website, in a form that allows you to download, store and print them.

§ 2. Glossary

  • User - anyone who uses the Website.
  • Consumer - a natural person who uses the Website or concludes a contract with us for a purpose not directly connected with their business or professional activity. We also apply the consumer provisions to an entrepreneur who is a natural person, where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.

§ 3. What you can do on the Website

  1. On the Website we provide the following electronic services free of charge:
    1. browsing content: descriptions of camps, dates and prices, the trip calendar, the blog, information about the team and the TOLPOW method;
    2. viewing the forecast of conditions at surf spots (the LIVE / scanner page) - the weather data comes from public weather models (including Météo-France, DWD and ECMWF; Open-Meteo data, CC BY 4.0 licence) and is for information only;

  3. The camp descriptions, dates and prices on the Website are an invitation to conclude a contract and not an offer within the meaning of the Kodeks cywilny (Polish Civil Code). The current availability of places and the price are shown by the Booking system. Before concluding a contract you will receive all the information required by the Package Travel Act (ustawa o imprezach turystycznych), including the standard information form.
  4. Forecasts and descriptions of conditions at spots are not a guarantee of waves or weather. We adapt the plan of each camp to the conditions on site.

§ 4. Technical requirements

  3. The EU ODR platform was closed down on 20 July 2025, so we do not provide a link to it.

§ 9. Changes to the Terms and final provisions

  1. We may change these Terms for important reasons: changes in the law, changes in the Website's features or changes of service providers. The new version applies from the date of its publication on the Website. We will notify Newsletter subscribers of material changes by e-mail at least 7 days in advance; if you do not accept the changes, you can unsubscribe.
  2. A change to the Terms does not affect package travel contracts concluded earlier.
