In brief

The LASTOUT website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. We use only mechanisms that are strictly necessary for the website to work, for which we do not need your consent. If this changes, we will ask for your consent before we store anything.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is LASTOUT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Bruzdowa 107P, 02-991 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001208795. Contact: hubert@lastoutsurf.com. More about personal data: Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way. Under art. 399 of the ustawa z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. - Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024), storing information on your device requires consent, unless it is strictly necessary to transmit a communication or to provide a service you have explicitly requested.

3. What we use

What Who stores it Why How long Consent
Cloudflare security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and protection) protection against bots and attacks, correct operation of the CDN up to 30 minutes (__cf_bm), up to one year (cf_clearance, only if you pass a security check) not required - strictly necessary
Interface settings in browser storage (e.g. chosen language, a dismissed notice) us remembering your choice until you clear your browser data not required - a service you request

4. External services

  • Booking system. When you click "Book" you go to our Booking system (swell.surf). It has its own banner and cookie policy. It runs analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) only with your consent.
  • LIVE forecast. Weather data comes from our own server (Open-Meteo software and model data). The forecast does not set cookies.
  • Newsletter. The sign-up form sends data to MailerLite.
  • Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. These services can set their own cookies only once you go to their site, under their own rules.

5. How you can manage cookies

You can delete cookies and site data at any time, or block them from being stored, in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge have this in their privacy settings). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the website not to work properly.

6. Changes

If we add analytics or marketing tools or embedded third-party content, before launching them we will display a consent banner with equally prominent "Accept" and "Reject" buttons and update this Policy. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as to give it.
