This is a translation for convenience. The Polish version is legally binding.
Every year we buy a guarantee that protects your money. If the organiser became insolvent, the guarantor refunds payments for a camp that does not take place and, if the camp has already started, covers the cost of continuing it or of returning you home.

What the guarantee covers
- The cost of continuing the package or of repatriation (including transport and accommodation and reasonable costs incurred by travellers) if the organiser, in breach of its obligation, does not provide them.
- A refund of payments for a package that, for reasons attributable to the organiser, has not been or will not be performed.
- A refund of the part of the payments corresponding to the part of the package that has not been or will not be performed for reasons attributable to the organiser.
What to do if the organiser becomes insolvent
Contact the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region (Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Wielkopolskiego w Poznaniu, al. Niepodległości 34, 61-714 Poznań, Poland) or the guarantor, Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group. Additional protection is provided by the Turystyczny Fundusz Gwarancyjny (Tourist Guarantee Fund) run by the Insurance Guarantee Fund (UFG).
The certificate is for information only: it is not a basis for a claim by the beneficiary. The original guarantee is lodged with the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region.
